We Made 50 Milwaukee Tool Helmets

The team at Milwaukee Tool recently reached out to us, wanting to get an assortment of custom, branded helmets. Whether you get 15 or 50, we can handle the job! Milwaukee opted for us to create 50 custom helmets: 40 Speed Helmets and 10 SpeedFlex Helmets. We outfitted our assembly room and studio with tools from Milwaukee and got strapped in, ready for all hands on deck to build 50 Milwaukee Helmets.

Ready to go

Milwaukee knew what they wanted and came ready with a plan. Their classic colors are presented in 2 schemes: red helmets with white accents and white helmets with red accents. Both styles came out beautifully, we don’t know which one we like best!

Limited series builds

These helmets are special edition and only found in the hands of Milwaukee. Each helmet has an engraved plaque, numbered 1-50 with their signature lightning bolt at the bottom. These look so much better than the standard warning label!

About the builds

Each build features the Milwaukee logo on a 15-degree tilt, a lightning bolt center stripe, and upgrades in their color palette. These helmets are all red and white. We added some variance, using a select few styles of facemasks - eye guards, closed eye, single wires, etc. Every build has a SportStar Victory T-Rex Hurricane Chinstrap in white or scarlet. Every build also has white visor clips and facemask hardware.
