After checkout, don't forget to:

1. PRINT a copy of your invoice and include it with your order.
2. PACKAGE up your facemask. Don't forget to include your invoice!
3. SHIP your box to: 1200 Donaldson Rd, Greenville, SC 29605
4. SIT TIGHT We’ll ship back your freshly recoated facemask as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 weeks of receiving your order. Peak Summer time period and holidays may add several weeks of additional in-house production times.

Please note: your facemask will be carefully inspected once received. Only masks that are not damaged can be recertified.
