All About Alabama

You may wonder why the Alabama Crimson Tide uniform doesn’t display their logo on both sides of the helmet. The Crimson Tide branded A is only featured on one side, the other side of the helmet shows off a number.

What’s in a number?

The number featured on one side of the Crimson Tide helmet represents the number of National Championship wins that the team has earned. They are one of the highest-winning teams, now reaching 18 wins; Alabama Crimson Tide won the NCAA Football National Championship of 2021. The team proudly boasts their number of wins for all to see on their uniform. We recently updated our full-sized helmets to reflect their current wins, shop that collection here. 

The game

On January 11 in a fierce fight against Ohio State, Alabama claimed victory with a huge lead, scoring 52 points in total. They annihilated the Buckeyes, who only managed to score 24 points for the game. Winning this game gave Alabama their new #18 to update their gear.
