My name is Amanda, and I’m the Marketing Manager at Green Gridiron. I lead our marketing team, executing email, SMS, and social media campaigns, and overseeing custom helmet projects with my creative team and vendors. I also enjoy editing and producing videos for our YouTube channel.

I’ve been with Green Gridiron since January 2021, and I love the unpredictable nature of my job, which keeps me on my toes. One day I’m in meetings with big companies, and the next, I’m managing multiple projects at once.

A fun fact about me is that my husband and I started beekeeping this year, and our bees are thriving in the pollinator garden I planted. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, painting, reading, and gardening. The best advice I have received is to never make assumptions. Assumptions can hurt your relationships with others, lead to mistakes in your job, and allow negativity into your mind. Never assume you know everything because there are learning opportunities every day. 

If I could travel anywhere, I’d visit Copenhagen, Denmark, to enjoy a cardamom bun from Juno the Bakery and take in the beautiful scenery.

I’m Ben. As the Web Developer and IT Support at Green Gridiron, I help ensure our website provides the best experience in the market. Occasionally, I also handle the classic IT tasks. I've been with the company since March 2024.

A fun fact about me is that after college, I served as a missionary and traveled to 34 countries. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, and my goal this year is to snag a black bear. 

The best advice I’ve received is to have a good life and practice gratitude, which can rewire your brain to understand that so much of life is about perspective.

I'm Brittany, the Customer Achievement Lead at Green Gridiron since July 2022. My role involves prioritizing and assisting our customers as the first point of contact. I handle Custom Builds and Team/Bulk Orders, direct them to their respective departments, and answer phone calls, chats, emails, and texts to address customers’ needs.

I enjoy working at GG because there's no other job quite like it. Who else can say they know football helmets like we do? The excitement when something cool and unique comes through the office or warehouse, like facemasks, custom builds, and awesome paint/wraps, is contagious. Each day, we're growing, and I love being part of that growth.

Fun fact: I love sharks, but am terrified of the ocean. If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to fly. The idea of soaring through the clouds and exploring the world from above fascinates me. 

My favorite football memory is from when I played recreational football (12U). I scored my first touchdown and loved the reactions from the boys when they realized I was a girl. I had to be tough, and anyone who knew me back then could attest to that.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife, working on indoor and outdoor projects, and fishing. I enjoy sitting on the front porch, playing my guitar. My advice: Never worry about the things you can't control. If I could travel anywhere, it would be to Rome, Italy. The history and unique structures there are incredible, and I’d love to explore them.

I'm Corey, the Chef and Production Lead at Green Gridiron since 2015. My main role is dipping the facemasks, which I genuinely enjoy. There's something incredibly satisfying about the process and seeing the finished product.

If I could have any superpower, it would be wealth. With financial freedom, I could provide for my family, help others in need, and explore endless opportunities. My favorite football memory is playing football during recess in elementary school. Those carefree days of running around with friends hold a special place in my heart.

I’m a fan of all sports and love being a dad, spending quality time with my son. Whether it's playing catch, watching games, or just hanging out, being a dad is my favorite role. If I could travel anywhere, I'd be open to exploring any destination.

Hello, I’m Dottie! I’m the dedicated Head of Security at Green Gridiron! I am a Blue Tick Coonhound / Rottweiler mix with a nose for safety and a heart full of love.

When I’m not on patrol, I enjoy my favorite activities: getting plenty of hugs, munching on cookies, and chasing after any ball that squeaks. My keen sense of smell and sharp eyes make me the perfect guardian for our team.

On my days off, I love taking long naps, running and playing fetch, and counting my adorable dots. I’m also a master of snuggling and enjoy cozying up with my people on the couch.

My name is Dylan. As a Content Marketing Developer at Green Gridiron since October 2023, I’m responsible for much of the content you see, from product photos to captivating ads that bring customers to our brand. I love the creative freedom and unique opportunities my role offers, especially working on custom projects with other companies. Directing my own shots and creating content I’m proud of has been incredibly rewarding.

One of my favorite football memories is witnessing Clemson’s recent purple-out game when Tyler Brown made an amazing one-handed catch. Seeing that catch live filled me with hope for the future of Clemson’s football! While the Philadelphia Eagles are my favorite pro football team, I deeply admire Tiger Woods for his will and impact on the evolution of golf.

A fun fact about me is that I once completed a cross-country camping trip, setting up a tent each night as I traveled across the southern United States. Experiencing new parts of the world from ocean to ocean was an unforgettable adventure. If I could travel anywhere, it would be Iceland. The serene and calming terrain and atmosphere make it an ideal destination for camping and exploration.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of movies, especially Star Wars. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, playing golf, attending football games, and being with friends and loved ones. If I could choose any superpower, it would be the ability to stop time, allowing me to savor life’s moments without feeling the rush of passing days.

My name is Erin, and I handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable at Green Gridiron. Since joining the company in April 2013, I’ve been responsible for creating and paying invoices, setting up sales tax for the states we sell in, and managing the mail. What I enjoy most about working here is the camaraderie with my co-workers.

A fun fact about me is that I ran the NYC Marathon. One of my favorite football memories is playing football in the snow with my family on Thanksgiving, even though my feet froze. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, gardening, and playing frisbee with my dog. The best piece of advice I’ve ever received is, “If you are having fun, then you won.”

I’m married to Jay Elmore, and we have two kids, Ripley and Ryder, along with our dog Cody.

I joined Green Gridiron in 2024 as a Team Services Representative, helping teams of all levels satisfy their needs when it comes to 3D logos, bumpers, helmets, and more. I was immediately impressed by the team atmosphere here—everyone is friendly, supportive, and always ready to lend a hand. Plus, I love getting to see the cool 3D logos and bumpers we create for college and professional teams.

As a lifelong Boston sports fan, one of my favorite football memories was watching the Patriots' dramatic win over the Seahawks in the 2015 Super Bowl. Outside of work, I love to play basketball, whether it be by myself or with a group of people. I played basketball and baseball in college, and I still find a great deal of enjoyment in both. I also love to go to the gym and lift weights for the physical and mental health benefits that can be achieved. Trying to reach goals in the gym or on the basketball court is a very satisfying process for me.

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever received was from a former baseball coach: “How you do anything is how you do everything.” I apply it to every part of my life. It serves as a constant reminder to be conscientious of the way you complete tasks, whether they be irrelevant or important.

My name is Isaiah. I started as a Warehouse Floater at Green Gridiron in July 2024, I help dip facemasks and build helmets. I now work as an Inventory Associate. I enjoy working with my friendly coworkers. 

If I could have any superpower, I’d choose invisibility so I could prank my family and friends into thinking they are being haunted by a ghost. My favorite memory is running a 65-yard touchdown on my senior night football game in high school. 

I’m a big fan of LSU, having visited Louisiana often as a kid. I was drawn to their colors, mascot, and the abbreviation of the school name. Outside of work, I train in Muay Thai, a martial art from Thailand, and I aspire to travel to Thailand to compete and train further.

I’m Jack, Custom Brand Coordinator at Green Gridiron, where I’ve been since May 2024. My role involves reaching out to brands, agencies, and influencers to promote their work through custom helmets. I also collaborate with content creators, helping to promote their channels on our YouTube page while they showcase our products.

Football has always been a passion of mine, and working with helmets every day is a dream come true. I thrive on the creativity and competition involved in crafting the perfect message to drive results. Being part of our marketing team, which I consider the best, allows me to channel my love for football and marketing into something truly fulfilling.

Originally from Northern Indiana, I would love the superpower of teleportation. It would make visiting family and traveling much more convenient. One of my favorite football memories is rushing the field at Notre Dame during a game against Clemson. Despite being a Notre Dame hater, that night was iconic, and getting to share it with two of my best friends, including patting Audric Estime’s gold helmet, was unforgettable.

My favorite athlete is Deebo Samuel for his explosive play and impressive run-after-catch ability, and my favorite team is Michigan State, thanks to my family who convinced me of their greatness from a young age. Outside of work, I enjoy attending all kinds of sporting events—baseball, football, hockey, or basketball. I love it all!

I’m Jay. I founded Green Gridiron in 2010 and now serve as President. Originally, I recognized the need for a recoating process for facemasks that did not exist at that time—a service designed to keep costs down while reducing the waste of discarding facemasks just because they had cosmetic blemishes. Early on, the business grew quickly as the demand for facemask recoating (especially at the top levels) was high. Building on this success, I leveraged my expanding network of top tier companies and started offering helmets and helmet accessories to individual players and collectors with a focus on difficult to obtain components. While continuing to focus on everything for “the neck up”, Green Gridiron has moved from being the Facemask Experts to The Helmet Experts!

Prior to Green Gridiron, I worked in Financial Services in New York City and met my wife while playing volleyball in one of the many leagues I participated in. Be careful making Star Wars comments around me as my nerdish enthusiasm may keep you locked in conversation for hours. Fun fact - I name all my vehicles after planets in the Star Wars galaxy and currently have Kashyyyk and Mustafar sitting in my driveway.

I have always been a huge sports fan, and my favorite teams are the Detroit Lions, NY Yankees, and Detroit Pistons. While the Yankees and Pistons have both given Jay exciting Championship seasons, no team have I been more passionate about than the Detroit Lions. One of my favorite Lions memories was attending the game Barry Sanders broke the 2,000-yard barrier. With the unprecedented excitement surrounding the current Lions team, I’m hoping future memories will outrank the old ones. 

I have a beautiful wife and two sons that all enjoy building Star Wars legos together. And we can’t forget our dog…Commander Cody.

My name is Josh, and I’m the E-Commerce Associate at Green Gridiron. Since joining the team in October 2023, I’ve been managing all our E-Commerce platforms outside of our website, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more.

One of my favorite football memories is being in the front row for the 2016 Clemson vs. Louisville game, witnessing the epic battle between Deshaun Watson and Lamar Jackson. I’m a die-hard Carolina Panthers fan and Clemson Tigers alum, having grown up just a short drive from Bank of America Stadium and graduated from Clemson University. 

The best piece of advice I’ve ever received is, you can't learn something that you think you already know.

My name is Justin. As part of the production team at Green Gridiron, I specialize in facemask reconditioning. I've been with the company since March 2023. What I enjoy most about working here is the opportunity to handle NCAA and NFL masks, which is incredibly rewarding. 

In addition to my role at Green Gridiron, I have been a full-time firefighter for the past 16 years. If I could have any superpower, it would be time travel, so I could be anywhere at any time, redo things, and see the future. My favorite football experience was sitting front row in Death Valley, watching the Tigers beat FSU.

Outside of work, I enjoy disc golf and collecting sports cards and memorabilia. If I could travel anywhere, it would be Switzerland because of its beauty. The best advice I've received is: Don’t waste time trying to be something you’re not.

I joined Green Gridiron in 2024 as a Floater. My role includes building helmets, dipping facemasks, and helping ship out orders. What I love most about working here is how kind everyone is—it truly feels like family. Plus, the organization and structure make the job so much easier.

My favorite football team is Clemson. I grew up surrounded by Clemson fans, and they were such an incredible team during my childhood—it was impossible not to become a fan.

If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to see things before they happen. I’d choose this so I could prevent certain things from happening and make better decisions. If I could travel anywhere, it would be the Bahamas. It’s such a beautiful place, and I’d love to experience it for myself someday.

I’m Kristen, Head of People at Green Gridiron. Since November 2021, I’ve been dedicated to fostering growth and development within the company, focusing on strategic planning, talent acquisition, and creating a positive work environment. 

What I enjoy most about working here is seeing the custom helmets that come out of our doors. Each one is a unique piece of art that reflects our dedication to quality and innovation. I also love working with our team, supporting their professional development, and witnessing their achievements.

A fun fact about me is my love for animals and nature, reflected in my unique collection of dead insects and animal skulls. I also have a passion for art, particularly painting, drawing, and sculpting clay, though I don’t get to indulge as much as I’d like. At home, I have a Blue Tick Coonhound/Rottweiler mix named Dottie and three Pygmy/Nigerian Dwarf mix goats named Oliver, Bucky Smith, and Francisco. I love observing wildlife on our land, including deer that visit daily. If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to communicate with animals, being able to understand and converse with them would be incredible.

The best piece of advice I’ve received is to start each day with a grateful heart and a positive mindset. Focus on the good things in your life, no matter how small, and let that gratitude guide your day. Smiling, even when it's difficult, can genuinely improve your mood and interactions with others. It sets a positive tone for the day and can lead to a more fulfilling and productive experience.

I’m Matt: Head of Technology, Website Development, and Problem Solver since 2011.

A fun fact about me that most people don’t know is that I was part of an a cappella group in college. If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to heal the sick. This power would allow me to relieve pain and suffering, providing comfort and hope to those in need. Healing the sick would not only restore physical health but also mend broken spirits and reunite families, bringing profound and positive change to society.

One of my favorite football memories is from the 2011-12 NFC Wild Card Game: NY Giants vs. Atlanta Falcons. At that time, I was living in NYC and had attended three regular-season Giants games with a friend who had season tickets. Despite the Giants losing all three games I attended and ending the season with a 9-7 record, they secured a wild card spot at MetLife Stadium. My friend, having first dibs on playoff home games, invited me to the NFC Wild Card Game. The Giants crushed the Falcons, and the stadium was electric! I found myself jumping around like a kid. The Giants went on to win the Super Bowl, and my love for the New York Giants, a passion shared with my dad growing up, was only strengthened.

In my personal life, I’ve shifted from hiking, backpack camping, and traveling to focusing on home improvement projects and creating memories with my beautiful wife and daughter. One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received is to “focus on progress, not perfection.” It reminds me to keep improving and learning without being bogged down by the fear of imperfection. Coupled with gratitude, this advice helps me stay motivated and appreciate the journey.

My name is Michael. As an Inventory Lead at Green Gridiron, I track and manage the company's raw materials, components, and finished products. My role demands analytical skills, organizational acumen, and a commitment to efficient business operations. It's one of the few roles that interact with every department, broadening my understanding of sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and finance. I’ve been with the company since August 2023.

My best football memory is watching the 2013 Outback Bowl, South Carolina vs. Michigan. The worst call was made, turning the ball over even though it was past the line for a first down. Then, Jadeveon Clowney made history with "THE HIT," recovering the ball and leading South Carolina to victory. As a Green Bay Packers fan, I love seeing the celebratory Lambeau Leap after a touchdown.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and playing my guitars. The best advice I’ve received is if you have a goal or dream, don’t wait for the perfect moment to start working on it—just start now. I love learning and enjoy finding solutions to problems and doing things that challenge me. My curiosity drives me to continually seek more information and knowledge.

I’m Perry, a member of the Team Services Department at Green Gridiron, where we manage equipment needs for all levels of football, from youth leagues to the NFL. Since joining in June 2023, I’ve been dedicated to ensuring that every player is outfitted with everything they need for the season, including helmets, shoulder pads, and decals.

Football is my favorite sport, so working in this industry is a dream come true. I enjoy talking football with everyone I meet. One of my favorite memories is when Clemson won the National Championship while I was living there—what a fantastic time to be a Clemson fan! I’ve been a long-time supporter of the LA Chargers and am thrilled to see what the future holds. I’m especially excited about Justin Herbert and believe he’ll lead us to the playoffs this year.

Outside of work, you’ll find me fishing or spending time on a boat. Having always lived near a lake or the coast, fishing has been a significant part of my life. The best piece of advice I’ve received is to treat others the way you want to be treated.

At Green Gridiron, I transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. I work in the Marketing and Online Sales department as the resident Graphic Designer! In a nutshell, I transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. I get my talented little mitts on everything from multi-channel marketing and website assets to creating full-on works of art through our custom helmet services. We’re always pushing the boundaries of what we’re capable of creatively and that keeps things exciting ( •̀ᄇ• ́)ﻭ✧


I’m a big nerd with a passion for “useless” fun facts, and I'm fascinated by human behavior and space. If I could choose a superpower, I’d pick telekinesis—it's versatile and incredibly useful for everyday tasks. Time travel is a close second, despite its potential risks.

The best piece of advice I’ve received is: “Never suffer in silence.” Asking for help when needed has been a game-changer for both my personal and professional life.

I’ve been a seasonal employee at Green Gridiron since 2022, working whenever my college schedule allows. I float between the warehouse and marketing, helping wherever I can. In the warehouse, I assist with shipping, pulling orders, and helmet assembly. More recently, I’ve started working with the marketing team, researching prospective helmets and YouTube content, helping with product photography, and improving organization in our shared drives. I love working with both teams, and my favorite part of this role is seeing the planning that goes into helmet concepts in marketing and then watching them come to life in assembly.

Outside of work, I love traveling—I’ve been to 10 countries so far! If I could visit anywhere, it would be Switzerland for the outdoor activities, scenic lakes, easy train travel, and, of course, the Swiss chocolate and cheese. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, listening to Taylor Swift, and going to Clemson football games. If I could have any superpower, I’d choose teleportation—it would save so much time commuting and make traveling even easier.

I grew up as a Clemson fan, and as of 2024, I’m a proud alum. My favorite football memory is the 2018 Cotton Bowl at AT&T Stadium—definitely the coolest stadium I’ve been to. Clemson’s 30-3 win over Notre Dame made the experience even better. Go Tigers!

I’m Ryan. As the Director of Team Services since March 2013, I love bringing our customers' requests to life and staying connected to the football world. Making our customers happy and seeing their satisfaction brings me the most joy in my work.

My favorite football memory is from my time playing college football. The camaraderie, the people I met, and the friendships I forged during those years are unforgettable and will last a lifetime. My favorite team is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers; I grew up watching the Bucs and still love watching them play on Sundays.

Outside of work, I love hitting the golf course for a round or two and spending quality time with my family and friends. Whether it's a friendly game of golf or a fun outing with my family, I enjoy staying active and making great memories with the people I care about most.

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would choose Scotland. The stunning landscapes, historic castles, and world-renowned golf courses make it my top destination. Plus, exploring the rich culture and enjoying the local hospitality would be an awesome experience.

My name is Sarah Jean, and I’ve been a Customer Achievement Rep at Green Gridiron since November 2022. What I enjoy most about working here is the opportunity to connect with our customers and address their needs. Being on the customer service side allows me to directly impact our clients’ experiences and build relationships with them. It’s rewarding to make their day a little easier and see the positive effects of our support.

I’m a lifelong Florida Gators fan, having grown up in Gainesville, FL. Some of my best memories are going to games with my dad, tailgating with the community, and hearing the roar of the crowd at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. These moments solidified my love for the Gators.

In my free time, I enjoy attending Greenville Drive baseball games with my little girl, spending time at the pool or beach, and exploring new places while planning fun trips. If I could travel anywhere in the world, I’d choose to go back to South Korea. My previous visit left me captivated by the country’s rich cultural heritage and traditions. I’m excited to return and dive deeper into its fascinating history, explore more of its historic sites, and experience the local customs and everyday life in a more immersive way.

I'm Steve, Head of Marketing & Content at Green Gridiron since 2016. I oversee a talented team of content creators and ad specialists, and we have our own in-house production team that creates stunning visuals for our social media platforms, email and SMS campaigns, META, and GA4. 

I enjoy working with brands, agencies, and influencers to design and assemble custom helmets. We partner with their marketing teams to share their custom gear on social media, for contests, and visual displays. 

In addition to my role here, I’ve been the cinematographer and editor on several independent films that have won film festivals. 

If I could have any superpower, it would be to never need sleep, even though I enjoy it. I’ve been a football fan for 35 years, and whether it's attending freezing NFL games in the northeast or sunny college tailgates in the south, it's always a great time with friends and family.

I'm highly motivated, intense, and creative. I'm grateful to be in my position at Green Gridiron and in life in general.

Hi, I’m Tracy! I started with Green Gridiron in 2024 as a Warehouse Floater, helping with everything from dipping facemasks and assembling helmets to packaging and shipping out orders. I’ve always been ready to jump in wherever needed!

Now, as the Assembly Lead, I oversee the assembly department, delegating tasks for retail orders and stepping in to help build helmets when needed. I also handle custom builds from the marketing department, ensuring that each helmet is decaled and assembled according to the client's vision and delivered by the deadline. My goal is to make sure every helmet we send out is flawless and looks amazing.

A fun fact about me is that I’ve traveled most of the US in an RV. If I could have any superpower, it would be teleportation, so I could see more of the world without having to deal with airports. My favorite athlete is my daughter, who grew up as a high-level multi-sport athlete. Watching her play was always thrilling, and I never missed a game.

Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places. I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, camping, and a good bonfire. As an avid animal lover, my dream is to buy multiple acres and start an animal rescue to save all the animals. The best advice I’ve received is simply to chill. If I could travel anywhere, it would be Italy for its history, architecture, and food.

I’m Travis, the Shipping Lead at Green Gridiron, where I’ve been ensuring our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible since February 2021. My passion for football helmets started when I was a kid, fascinated by the various paint finishes, helmet styles, and decals. Now, being around helmets every day feels more like a joy than work.

If I could have any superpower, I’d choose the one Tiger Woods had when he was at the top of his game. My favorite college team is South Carolina, and I’ve been a Houston Texans fan since discovering that owner Bob McNair is a South Carolina grad—Go Cocks!

Outside of work, I play guitar on the worship team at my church, hit the golf course, and have been building and collecting helmets for over a decade. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. If I could travel anywhere, it would be back to the 1950s. Inspired by my favorite movie, The Sandlot, I’d love to experience the simpler, carefree days of endless summer baseball with friends, without today’s worries.

I'm Tristan, a Production Associate at Green Gridiron since May 2024. I check in, prep, and dip facemasks. What I enjoy most about working here is seeing something I've personally had a hand in making on the playing field.

A fun fact about me is that I can quote most of the hit TV show *The Office* from memory. When I'm not working, you can find me with a wrench in my hand, sharpening my cooking skills in the kitchen, or helping my friends film car videos.

The best advice I've ever received is that when you find yourself in a tough situation, the only thing you can control is how you react. If I could travel anywhere in the world, it would be Japan, specifically the northern part.

I'm Will, a Data Analyst at Green Gridiron since May 2024. My role involves analyzing past trends to help our company improve for our customers. Though I'm still learning, I've loved every moment so far. What I enjoy most about Green Gridiron is the team atmosphere—everyone is very helpful, and it truly feels like we are all on the same team.

I love dogs and have one myself named Dallas, a Pit/Aussie mix who is my best friend. If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to fly. Walking is too slow, and I hate traffic. Plus, I would love to see the views from above.

My favorite football memory is the 2015 NFC Championship game between the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals. As a die-hard Panthers fan, it was incredible to see our team dominate a highly favored opponent, and the atmosphere was electric. My favorite athlete ever is Cam Newton; watching him revive our team was thrilling.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing cornhole with my friends and grilling out.
